Israeli Border Police officers arrest one of three Palestinians who are suspected of driving the Palestinian suicide bomber to his destination in Tel Aviv on Monday, 17 April 2006 when police stopped a suspected vehicle on a road near Ofer, outside Ramallah in the West Bank shortly after the bombing took place. Police were on the lookout for a certain vehicle and three Palestinians inside were arrested. The suicide bomber, a Palestinian identified as Sami Salim Mohammed Hammed from the northern West Bank town of Jenin, killed at least eight people and wounded dozens of others in the attack during the Jewish holiday of Passover.
